What not to add

Do not move a seam in the follow-up without saying the price changes. A seam keeps you on a standard slab. No seam can mean a bigger slab and a different number. Seam location is the detail a second person notices after the price.

Yes. Day 10 is the last email on the default schedule, and this note is that close. A reply, a phone call, or an unsubscribe stops it sooner. Template, then about a week in the shop, then install. Do not book the plumber before the install day is set.
