Step 2: Follow-ups get scheduled
By default, 2, 5 and 10 days after you send it. Change the timing anytime. Your dashboard shows who’s due today.
Step 3: Review and send
Each follow-up is drafted from your template. Change a word or send it as is. Mark the job won or lost and the follow-ups stop.

Questions contractors ask
Will QuoteLasso email my customers without asking me?
No. Automatic sending is off when you start. Follow-ups wait for you to review them and press Send. If you later turn on automatic sending in Settings, due follow-ups go out using your template, and you can still edit any of them first.
What will my customers see?
A short, plain email in your words, signed with your business name, with a one-line link at the bottom to stop follow-ups. When they reply, it goes to your email address.
Is this a CRM?
No. QuoteLasso only keeps track of estimates you’ve sent and the follow-ups for each one. There are no pipelines, contact databases, or reports to maintain.
Can I add estimates I’ve already sent?
Yes. Add them one at a time, or import a spreadsheet. There’s an example file to copy.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. You can create an account, add estimates, and send follow-ups yourself without a card. Paid plans add automatic sending and start with a 14-day free trial. Cancel anytime.
