The 5-day reminder for a garage epoxy estimate

Day 5 is the second reminder. Assume they are busy. Do not add a discount or a deadline you do not mean.

Names, prices, and companies on this page are examples.

What changed since day 2

Nothing in the bid should change in this email. The grind and the moisture test are why this is not a kit price. A wet slab fails. Epoxy bids wait on the flake color and on how long the garage will be unusable.

Calendar or scope

The slab has to be dry and the garage has to stay empty for the cure. A car back on it early ruins the coat. Color flakes are a choice that often goes to someone who did not see the sample in daylight. Do not coat a slab that failed the moisture check to keep the date.

If you send it from QuoteLasso

The default schedule is three emails, at 2, 5, and 10 days. Day 10 is the last one. You can move the dates. Add the estimate by typing it in, forwarding the message, or importing a spreadsheet. The customer sees your business name and the address followups@quotelasso.com. A reply comes to your inbox and the remaining follow-ups stop. QuoteLasso does not send texts. During the 14-day trial, due emails can send on their own. After that, Free is manual. Starter is $79/month and Pro is $149/month.

Checking in on the garage epoxy estimate

Hi Monica,

Checking in on the garage epoxy estimate for $2,940. I am not changing the number. It still includes grind, moisture check, flake color we sampled, and a topcoat on the two-car garage.

If the holdup is the calendar, tell me which week is real. Can the garage stay empty for the cure days, and is the flake color decided?

Thanks,
Seth Irving
