The 5-day reminder for a pier installation estimate
Day 5 is the second reminder. Assume they are busy. Do not add a discount or a deadline you do not mean.
Names, prices, and companies on this page are examples.
What changed since day 2
Nothing in the bid should change in this email. The price is the piers at that corner. It does not fix water that is still soaking the footing. Foundation bids sit because people want an engineer, a second company, and time to believe the crack is not just paint.
Calendar or scope
Piers can be installed in most weather. Drainage work before the piers is what changes the schedule. An engineer, a buyer, or a partner who wants a second opinion is part of this decision. Do not promise the crack will close.
If you send it from QuoteLasso
The default schedule is three emails, at 2, 5, and 10 days. Day 10 is the last one. You can move the dates. Add the estimate by typing it in, forwarding the message, or importing a spreadsheet. The customer sees your business name and the address followups@quotelasso.com. A reply comes to your inbox and the remaining follow-ups stop. QuoteLasso does not send texts. During the 14-day trial, due emails can send on their own. After that, Free is manual. Starter is $79/month and Pro is $149/month.

Checking in on the pier installation estimate
Hi Colleen, Checking in on the pier installation estimate for $13,600. I am not changing the number. It still includes six push piers on the settling corner, and a letter with the elevations we took. If the holdup is the calendar, tell me which week is real. Do you want the pier plan only, or a drainage price before anyone drills? Thanks, Mark Huber Huber Foundation
