Kitchens estimate follow-ups
Twenty examples for a cabinet replacement, using $16,900 as a made-up price. Ten are the schedule. Ten are for a date, a smaller job, approval, or a later check-back. Kitchen cabinet bids wait on door style and on whether the counter company has measured yet.
Names, prices, and companies on this page are examples.
Where this bid stalls
Kitchen cabinet bids wait on door style and on whether the counter company has measured yet. Door style and color are rarely a one-person choice.
What the example price means
The cabinet price is the boxes and the install. Counters are a second trade with their own template day. Included: stock cabinets for the run we measured, soft-close hardware, and install. Left out: countertops, plumbing, and the backsplash. Do not tear out the old kitchen before the new boxes have a delivery week.
When to send them
Once the door style is chosen, lead time starts. Do not book demo until that date is real. The default schedule is still day 2, day 5, and day 10. Day 10 is the last email. Same-day notes are optional. The customer sees your business name and the address followups@quotelasso.com. A reply comes to your inbox and the remaining follow-ups stop.
Questions
How many kitchens follow-ups should I send?
Three, unless the job needs a different gap. Day 10 is the last one. Once the door style is chosen, lead time starts. Do not book demo until that date is real.
Can I text a cabinet replacement follow-up?
