What changed since day 2
Nothing in the bid should change in this email. The number is the measured cabinets and counters. Changing an appliance allowance does not explain it. Remodel numbers sit because more than one person has to live with the scope, and the bid is too large to accept from the email alone.
Calendar or scope
Cabinet lead time is the real calendar. The follow-up should offer to walk the scope, not invent a start date before the boxes are ordered. You said you would go over the kitchen with your partner. That conversation is the decision, not a second sales email. Do not email a discount to get a remodel moving. Change the scope if the number is wrong.
