Bathrooms estimate follow-ups
Twenty examples for a bathroom remodel, using $14,200 as a made-up price. Ten are the schedule. Ten are for a date, a smaller job, approval, or a later check-back. Bathroom bids stall because the house may have only one bath, and the fixture allowance is where people get stuck.
Names, prices, and companies on this page are examples.
Where this bid stalls
Bathroom bids stall because the house may have only one bath, and the fixture allowance is where people get stuck. Fixture finishes are often chosen by someone who was not at the measure.
What the example price means
Waterproofing and the pan are the cost. A cheaper bid that skips the membrane is not the same job. Included: tile, a fiberglass shower pan, valve, and the vanity we looked at. Left out: a heated floor, and moving the toilet, which stays where it is. Do not shrink a bathroom price by leaving waterproofing unnamed.
When to send them
If this is the only bathroom, the follow-up should say how many days the shower is unusable. That fact decides the start more than the price. The default schedule is still day 2, day 5, and day 10. Day 10 is the last email. Same-day notes are optional. The customer sees your business name and the address followups@quotelasso.com. A reply comes to your inbox and the remaining follow-ups stop.
Questions
How many bathrooms follow-ups should I send?
Three, unless the job needs a different gap. Day 10 is the last one. If this is the only bathroom, the follow-up should say how many days the shower is unusable. That fact decides the start more than the price.
Can I text a bathroom remodel follow-up?
Only if you already text that customer. Paste the text sample yourself. QuoteLasso does not send it. Add the heated floor?
