Bathrooms · Smaller job

Offer a smaller bathroom remodel without cutting corners

Use this when the full price is why they went quiet. Take a real line out. Do not lower the number and leave the same work in.

Names, prices, and companies on this page are examples.

The line you can remove

A smaller version leaves out a heated floor, and moving the toilet, which stays where it is. The full $14,200 price includes tile, a fiberglass shower pan, valve, and the vanity we looked at.

What you will not do

Waterproofing and the pan are the cost. A cheaper bid that skips the membrane is not the same job. Do not shrink a bathroom price by leaving waterproofing unnamed.

If you send it from QuoteLasso

The default schedule is three emails, at 2, 5, and 10 days. Day 10 is the last one. You can move the dates. Add the estimate by typing it in, forwarding the message, or importing a spreadsheet. The customer sees your business name and the address followups@quotelasso.com. A reply comes to your inbox and the remaining follow-ups stop. QuoteLasso does not send texts. During the 14-day trial, due emails can send on their own. After that, Free is manual. Starter is $79/month and Pro is $149/month.

Subject

A smaller version of the bathroom remodel

Hi Nina,

If the full bathroom remodel at $14,200 is more than you want to do right now, I can price it without a heated floor, and moving the toilet, which stays where it is.

I will not drop the number and leave that work in.

Thanks,
