What changed since day 2
Nothing in the bid should change in this email. A spot match is less money and more risk of flash. A full skim costs more and paints cleaner. Drywall bids seem small, so they wait behind larger projects, or behind a debate about whether to skim the whole ceiling.
Calendar or scope
Texture has to dry before paint. If a painter is already booked, the follow-up should line up with that day. The person paying the painter will ask if the ceiling flash will show. Answer that. Do not include paint in a drywall price unless you are actually painting it.
