The 5-day reminder for a panel upgrade estimate
Day 5 is the second reminder. Assume they are busy. Do not add a discount or a deadline you do not mean.
Names, prices, and companies on this page are examples.
What changed since day 2
Nothing in the bid should change in this email. Permit, utility coordination, and the breaker count are the price. An unpermitted swap is not this bid. Panel bids sit until the utility and the permit line up, or until someone sends a lower bid that skips the permit.
Calendar or scope
The utility's disconnect date is the schedule. Your install day follows that, not the other way around. A partner adding a shop or a charger is who decides if 200 amps is actually enough. Do not offer to skip the permit so the number matches an unlicensed bid.
If you send it from QuoteLasso
The default schedule is three emails, at 2, 5, and 10 days. Day 10 is the last one. You can move the dates. Add the estimate by typing it in, forwarding the message, or importing a spreadsheet. The customer sees your business name and the address followups@quotelasso.com. A reply comes to your inbox and the remaining follow-ups stop. QuoteLasso does not send texts. During the 14-day trial, due emails can send on their own. After that, Free is manual. Starter is $79/month and Pro is $149/month.

Checking in on the panel upgrade estimate
Hi Wendy, Checking in on the panel upgrade estimate for $3,900. I am not changing the number. It still includes a 200-amp panel, the permit, and moving the existing circuits over. If the holdup is the calendar, tell me which week is real. Are we stopping at the panel swap, or do you want the range circuit priced too? Thanks, Ian Brooks Brooks Electric
