The 5-day reminder for a garage cleanout estimate
Day 5 is the second reminder. Assume they are busy. Do not add a discount or a deadline you do not mean.
Names, prices, and companies on this page are examples.
What changed since day 2
Nothing in the bid should change in this email. The price is that volume and that dump. Paint and appliances are not free add-ons. Cleanout bids wait until someone else is ready to help, or until they realize the truck is the whole point.
Calendar or scope
The driveway has to be clear for the truck that morning. A rain day moves the job. It does not change the volume. Whoever keeps adding 'just one more thing' after the look is who changes the load. Do not take paint or a fridge in the follow-up if the price excluded them.
If you send it from QuoteLasso
The default schedule is three emails, at 2, 5, and 10 days. Day 10 is the last one. You can move the dates. Add the estimate by typing it in, forwarding the message, or importing a spreadsheet. The customer sees your business name and the address followups@quotelasso.com. A reply comes to your inbox and the remaining follow-ups stop. QuoteLasso does not send texts. During the 14-day trial, due emails can send on their own. After that, Free is manual. Starter is $79/month and Pro is $149/month.

Checking in on the garage cleanout estimate
Hi Sandy, Checking in on the garage cleanout estimate for $780. I am not changing the number. It still includes loading and dumping the garage pile we looked at, including the old cabinets. If the holdup is the calendar, tell me which week is real. Is the pile still what we walked, with paint and the fridge staying behind? Thanks, Joe Martel Martel Hauling
