What to write the day you send a garage cleanout estimate
A same-day note is optional. It is not one of the three scheduled follow-ups. Use it when you are not sure the garage cleanout estimate for $780 arrived, or when one point from the visit is easy to forget.

Name what the price includes: loading and dumping the garage pile we looked at, including the old cabinets. Name what it leaves out: paint, chemicals, and the refrigerator, which the dump will not take on this load. Is the pile still what we walked, with paint and the fridge staying behind? Do not take paint or a fridge in the follow-up if the price excluded them.
