Low voltage estimate follow-ups
Twenty examples for a camera system, using $3,750 as a made-up price. Ten are the schedule. Ten are for a date, a smaller job, approval, or a later check-back. Camera bids go quiet while people compare a wireless kit and decide who will look at the app.
Names, prices, and companies on this page are examples.
Where this bid stalls
Camera bids go quiet while people compare a wireless kit and decide who will look at the app. Whoever wants the cameras pointed at the side yard was often not the person who got the email.
What the example price means
The price is cabled cameras and a recorder you own. It is not a monitoring contract. Included: four cameras, the recorder, and cable runs through the attic. Left out: a new network rack, and monitoring, which this system does not include. Do not add a monthly monitoring fee in the follow-up that was never in the bid.
When to send them
Attic runs are a half day once access is clear. Monitoring is a monthly service this estimate does not start. The default schedule is still day 2, day 5, and day 10. Day 10 is the last email. Same-day notes are optional. The customer sees your business name and the address followups@quotelasso.com. A reply comes to your inbox and the remaining follow-ups stop.
