What to write the day you send a exterior paint estimate
A same-day note is optional. It is not one of the three scheduled follow-ups. Use it when you are not sure the exterior paint estimate for $6,450 arrived, or when one point from the visit is easy to forget.

Name what the price includes: scrape, prime, and two coats on the siding, trim, and the garage door walked that day. Name what it leaves out: the detached shed, which was not part of the walk. Should the garage door stay in the price, or come out? Do not cut the price by quietly skipping the primer.
