What to write the day you send a termite treatment estimate
A same-day note is optional. It is not one of the three scheduled follow-ups. Use it when you are not sure the termite treatment estimate for $1,650 arrived, or when one point from the visit is easy to forget.

Skip it if you already talked it through

Name what the price includes: a spot treatment of the active termites in the sill we inspected, and a diagram. Name what it leaves out: a full bait system around the house, and any rotten wood repair. Do you want the spot treatment only, or a price for baits around the whole house? Do not call a spot treatment a lifetime warranty.
