Pest control estimate follow-ups
Twenty examples for a termite treatment, using $1,650 as a made-up price. Ten are the schedule. Ten are for a date, a smaller job, approval, or a later check-back. Pest bids stall because the evidence is in a crawl space the customer has not seen.
Names, prices, and companies on this page are examples.
Where this bid stalls
Pest bids stall because the evidence is in a crawl space the customer has not seen. A buyer or an inspector may be who actually needs the diagram.
What the example price means
The spot treatment matches what we found. Whole-house baits are a different product. Included: a spot treatment of the active termites in the sill we inspected, and a diagram. Left out: a full bait system around the house, and any rotten wood repair. Do not call a spot treatment a lifetime warranty.
When to send them
Active termites are not a next-season decision. A preventative bait system can be timed. Say which one this bid is. The default schedule is still day 2, day 5, and day 10. Day 10 is the last email. Same-day notes are optional. The customer sees your business name and the address followups@quotelasso.com. A reply comes to your inbox and the remaining follow-ups stop.
