A smaller version leaves out a full bait system around the house, and any rotten wood repair. The full $1,650 price includes a spot treatment of the active termites in the sill we inspected, and a diagram.
What you will not do
The spot treatment matches what we found. Whole-house baits are a different product. Do not call a spot treatment a lifetime warranty.
