Nothing in the bid should change in this email. The plaster is the surface. Tile and a code fence are separate because they are not always required. Pool bids stall until spring opening, or on whether the waterline tile can survive another season.
Calendar or scope
Plaster needs a refill plan and weather that will not freeze the new shell. Opening week is not the week to decide. Anyone who swims will care about the finish color, and a fence is sometimes a code item a spouse has not heard. Do not fill a pool on new plaster the same afternoon in bad weather.
