Nothing in the bid should change in this email. The price is time and the right mix for paint and plants, not a flat 'driveway' number. Wash bids go quiet because the job looks simple, and people wait for a Saturday they meant to do it themselves.
Calendar or scope
Washing is weather-flexible. Sealing concrete is not. Do not bundle a seal into a wash date that is too cold. If a deck is involved, the person who uses it will ask if the wood is included. Do not blast painted siding to beat a cheaper quote.
