What the example price means
The price is time and the right mix for paint and plants, not a flat 'driveway' number. Included: a soft wash of the siding, plus the front walk and the driveway apron. Left out: a seal coat on the concrete, and any wood deck, which needs lower pressure. Do not blast painted siding to beat a cheaper quote.
When to send them
Washing is weather-flexible. Sealing concrete is not. Do not bundle a seal into a wash date that is too cold. The default schedule is still day 2, day 5, and day 10. Day 10 is the last email.
