The real schedule
Washing is weather-flexible. Sealing concrete is not. Do not bundle a seal into a wash date that is too cold. If a deck is involved, the person who uses it will ask if the wood is included.
What the price is not
The $650 includes a soft wash of the siding, plus the front walk and the driveway apron. It does not include a seal coat on the concrete, and any wood deck, which needs lower pressure. Do not blast painted siding to beat a cheaper quote.
