Wash bids go quiet because the job looks simple, and people wait for a Saturday they meant to do it themselves. Tell them a reply reopens it. Then stop.

What not to add

Do not blast painted siding to beat a cheaper quote. The price is time and the right mix for paint and plants, not a flat 'driveway' number. If a deck is involved, the person who uses it will ask if the wood is included.

Yes. Day 10 is the last email on the default schedule, and this note is that close. A reply, a phone call, or an unsubscribe stops it sooner. Washing is weather-flexible. Sealing concrete is not. Do not bundle a seal into a wash date that is too cold.
