Washing is weather-flexible. Sealing concrete is not. Do not bundle a seal into a wash date that is too cold.

If they need longer

Wash bids go quiet because the job looks simple, and people wait for a Saturday they meant to do it themselves. If a deck is involved, the person who uses it will ask if the wood is included. Do not blast painted siding to beat a cheaper quote.
