When it is fair

Washing is weather-flexible. Sealing concrete is not. Do not bundle a seal into a wash date that is too cold. If they never asked you to write again, do not send this.

One note, then stop

Wash bids go quiet because the job looks simple, and people wait for a Saturday they meant to do it themselves. Do not blast painted siding to beat a cheaper quote.
