What sets the date

Washing is weather-flexible. Sealing concrete is not. Do not bundle a seal into a wash date that is too cold. If a deck is involved, the person who uses it will ask if the wood is included.

Do not skip the wait

Do not blast painted siding to beat a cheaper quote. The price is time and the right mix for paint and plants, not a flat 'driveway' number.
