If a kitchen remodel estimate went another direction
One polite close is enough. It is also the note that gets a call later. Do not argue with the other price.
Names, prices, and companies on this page are examples.
Say you are closing the file
Remodel numbers sit because more than one person has to live with the scope, and the bid is too large to accept from the email alone. Tell them a reply reopens it. Then stop.
What not to add
Do not email a discount to get a remodel moving. Change the scope if the number is wrong. The number is the measured cabinets and counters. Changing an appliance allowance does not explain it. You said you would go over the kitchen with your partner. That conversation is the decision, not a second sales email.
If you send it from QuoteLasso
The default schedule is three emails, at 2, 5, and 10 days. Day 10 is the last one. You can move the dates. Add the estimate by typing it in, forwarding the message, or importing a spreadsheet. The customer sees your business name and the address followups@quotelasso.com. A reply comes to your inbox and the remaining follow-ups stop. QuoteLasso does not send texts. During the 14-day trial, due emails can send on their own. After that, Free is manual. Starter is $79/month and Pro is $149/month.

Closing the file on your kitchen remodel estimate
Hi Luis, I am guessing the kitchen remodel may have gone another direction, and that is all right. I will close the $28,400 estimate on my end. If it is still in play, reply and I will pick it back up. Thanks, Dana Brooks Oak Remodeling
Questions
Is this the last remodeling follow-up?
Yes. Day 10 is the last email on the default schedule, and this note is that close. A reply, a phone call, or an unsubscribe stops it sooner. Cabinet lead time is the real calendar. The follow-up should offer to walk the scope, not invent a start date before the boxes are ordered.
What will the customer see if QuoteLasso sends the kitchen remodel email?
The customer sees your business name and the address followups@quotelasso.com. A reply comes to your inbox and the remaining follow-ups stop. The words are yours. The sample on this page uses made-up names and the example price $28,400.
