What the example price means
The price is a primed rail fit to that stair. Powder coat is a second stop and a second number. Included: a shop-built steel rail for the stair we measured, primed and ready for your painter. Left out: a powder coat, and any structural beam, which this rail is not. Do not call a handrail a structural repair.
When to send them
Shop time, then a site install. Powder coat adds a week away from the shop. The default schedule is still day 2, day 5, and day 10. Day 10 is the last email. Same-day notes are optional.
