A later check-back on a move-out clean

When it is fair

The clean has to land the day before the walkthrough. If the house is not empty, the price changes. If they never asked you to write again, do not send this.

One note, then stop

Move-out cleans get forgotten until the key date, and people assume a recurring maid price covers an empty house. Do not use a breakup email on a recurring client you still want every month. This page is for a one-time move-out.
