The clean has to land the day before the walkthrough. If the house is not empty, the price changes. A landlord, a realtor, or the person moving out may all think they are the customer.
What the price is not
The $420 includes inside appliances, baseboards, and the baths for the empty three-bedroom. It does not include exterior windows, and hauling leftover furniture. Do not use a breakup email on a recurring client you still want every month. This page is for a one-time move-out.
