What sets the date

The clean has to land the day before the walkthrough. If the house is not empty, the price changes. A landlord, a realtor, or the person moving out may all think they are the customer.

Do not skip the wait

Do not use a breakup email on a recurring client you still want every month. This page is for a one-time move-out. An occupied house is a different clean from an empty move-out. The price assumes empty.
