A smaller version leaves out exterior windows, and hauling leftover furniture. The full $420 price includes inside appliances, baseboards, and the baths for the empty three-bedroom.

What you will not do

An occupied house is a different clean from an empty move-out. The price assumes empty. Do not use a breakup email on a recurring client you still want every month. This page is for a one-time move-out.
