Say you are closing the file

Move-out cleans get forgotten until the key date, and people assume a recurring maid price covers an empty house. Tell them a reply reopens it. Then stop.

What not to add

Do not use a breakup email on a recurring client you still want every month. This page is for a one-time move-out. An occupied house is a different clean from an empty move-out. The price assumes empty. A landlord, a realtor, or the person moving out may all think they are the customer.

Is this the last cleaning follow-up?

Yes. Day 10 is the last email on the default schedule, and this note is that close. A reply, a phone call, or an unsubscribe stops it sooner. The clean has to land the day before the walkthrough. If the house is not empty, the price changes.
