The 5-day reminder for a driveway replacement estimate

Day 5 is the second reminder. Assume they are busy. Do not add a discount or a deadline you do not mean.

Names, prices, and companies on this page are examples.

What changed since day 2

Nothing in the bid should change in this email. Haul-away and thickness are the cost. A thinner slab is the cheaper bid and the one that cracks. Concrete bids stall on the tear-out, because the new slab price looks high until the old one is hauled away.

Calendar or scope

Pour days need temperature, not just an open calendar. Do not book a finish in a freeze. A partner often asks about color or a stamp after seeing a plain broom-finish price. Do not thin the slab to win the follow-up.

If you send it from QuoteLasso

The default schedule is three emails, at 2, 5, and 10 days. Day 10 is the last one. You can move the dates. Add the estimate by typing it in, forwarding the message, or importing a spreadsheet. The customer sees your business name and the address followups@quotelasso.com. A reply comes to your inbox and the remaining follow-ups stop. QuoteLasso does not send texts. During the 14-day trial, due emails can send on their own. After that, Free is manual. Starter is $79/month and Pro is $149/month.

Checking in on the driveway replacement estimate

Hi Lori,

Checking in on the driveway replacement estimate for $9,800. I am not changing the number. It still includes removal of the old slab, a new driveway at the thickness we specced, and broom finish.

If the holdup is the calendar, tell me which week is real. Are we keeping the plain broom finish, or do you want a stamped price?

Thanks,
Pete Nowak
