Do you want a skim on the whole ceiling, or a match at the stain only? Put $1,840 in the email so they know which drywall repair you mean.

Included and left out

Included: hang, tape, and a texture match on the water-stained ceiling and the two patched walls. Left out: paint, which your painter should do after the texture dries. A spot match is less money and more risk of flash. A full skim costs more and paints cleaner. Do not include paint in a drywall price unless you are actually painting it.
