The utility's disconnect date is the schedule. Your install day follows that, not the other way around. If they never asked you to write again, do not send this.

Panel bids sit until the utility and the permit line up, or until someone sends a lower bid that skips the permit. Do not offer to skip the permit so the number matches an unlicensed bid.
