The line you can remove

A smaller version leaves out a new range circuit, and any knob-and-tube replacement in the attic. The full $3,900 price includes a 200-amp panel, the permit, and moving the existing circuits over.

What you will not do

Permit, utility coordination, and the breaker count are the price. An unpermitted swap is not this bid. Do not offer to skip the permit so the number matches an unlicensed bid.
