Say you are closing the file

Panel bids sit until the utility and the permit line up, or until someone sends a lower bid that skips the permit. Tell them a reply reopens it. Then stop.

What not to add

Do not offer to skip the permit so the number matches an unlicensed bid. Permit, utility coordination, and the breaker count are the price. An unpermitted swap is not this bid. A partner adding a shop or a charger is who decides if 200 amps is actually enough.

Yes. Day 10 is the last email on the default schedule, and this note is that close. A reply, a phone call, or an unsubscribe stops it sooner. The utility's disconnect date is the schedule. Your install day follows that, not the other way around.
