The 5-day reminder for a punch-list visit estimate
Day 5 is the second reminder. Assume they are busy. Do not add a discount or a deadline you do not mean.
Names, prices, and companies on this page are examples.
What changed since day 2
Nothing in the bid should change in this email. The price is a half day for that list. A single tiny task does not get the same rate. Handyman lists go quiet because each item feels small, and the trip charge only makes sense for the whole list.
Calendar or scope
One visit covers the list we wrote. A second trip is a new appointment, not a leftover from this price. Whoever keeps adding items after the email is who blows the half-day. Do not fold a permitted electrical job into a handyman list.
If you send it from QuoteLasso
The default schedule is three emails, at 2, 5, and 10 days. Day 10 is the last one. You can move the dates. Add the estimate by typing it in, forwarding the message, or importing a spreadsheet. The customer sees your business name and the address followups@quotelasso.com. A reply comes to your inbox and the remaining follow-ups stop. QuoteLasso does not send texts. During the 14-day trial, due emails can send on their own. After that, Free is manual. Starter is $79/month and Pro is $149/month.

Checking in on the punch-list visit estimate
Hi Erin, Checking in on the punch-list visit estimate for $860. I am not changing the number. It still includes the door that sticks, the three drywall dings, and the loose stair rail we listed. If the holdup is the calendar, tell me which week is real. Is the list we wrote still the whole visit, or did you add items? Thanks, Carl Jensen Jensen Handywork
