Handyman estimate follow-ups
Twenty examples for a punch-list visit, using $860 as a made-up price. Ten are the schedule. Ten are for a date, a smaller job, approval, or a later check-back. Handyman lists go quiet because each item feels small, and the trip charge only makes sense for the whole list.
Names, prices, and companies on this page are examples.
Where this bid stalls
Handyman lists go quiet because each item feels small, and the trip charge only makes sense for the whole list. Whoever keeps adding items after the email is who blows the half-day.
What the example price means
The price is a half day for that list. A single tiny task does not get the same rate. Included: the door that sticks, the three drywall dings, and the loose stair rail we listed. Left out: anything that needs a permit, including the panel question you asked about. Do not fold a permitted electrical job into a handyman list.
When to send them
One visit covers the list we wrote. A second trip is a new appointment, not a leftover from this price. The default schedule is still day 2, day 5, and day 10. Day 10 is the last email. Same-day notes are optional. The customer sees your business name and the address followups@quotelasso.com. A reply comes to your inbox and the remaining follow-ups stop.
