If a punch-list visit estimate went another direction
One polite close is enough. It is also the note that gets a call later. Do not argue with the other price.
Names, prices, and companies on this page are examples.
Say you are closing the file
Handyman lists go quiet because each item feels small, and the trip charge only makes sense for the whole list. Tell them a reply reopens it. Then stop.
What not to add
Do not fold a permitted electrical job into a handyman list. The price is a half day for that list. A single tiny task does not get the same rate. Whoever keeps adding items after the email is who blows the half-day.
If you send it from QuoteLasso
The default schedule is three emails, at 2, 5, and 10 days. Day 10 is the last one. You can move the dates. Add the estimate by typing it in, forwarding the message, or importing a spreadsheet. The customer sees your business name and the address followups@quotelasso.com. A reply comes to your inbox and the remaining follow-ups stop. QuoteLasso does not send texts. During the 14-day trial, due emails can send on their own. After that, Free is manual. Starter is $79/month and Pro is $149/month.

Closing the file on your punch-list visit estimate
Hi Erin, I am guessing the punch-list visit may have gone another direction, and that is all right. I will close the $860 estimate on my end. If it is still in play, reply and I will pick it back up. Thanks, Carl Jensen Jensen Handywork
Questions
Is this the last handyman follow-up?
Yes. Day 10 is the last email on the default schedule, and this note is that close. A reply, a phone call, or an unsubscribe stops it sooner. One visit covers the list we wrote. A second trip is a new appointment, not a leftover from this price.
What will the customer see if QuoteLasso sends the punch-list visit email?
The customer sees your business name and the address followups@quotelasso.com. A reply comes to your inbox and the remaining follow-ups stop. The words are yours. The sample on this page uses made-up names and the example price $860.
Send this kind of note on a schedule.
