Explain the lead time on a punch-list visit
Send this when the holdup is the wait before work can start, not whether they liked the price.
Names, prices, and companies on this page are examples.
What sets the date
One visit covers the list we wrote. A second trip is a new appointment, not a leftover from this price. Whoever keeps adding items after the email is who blows the half-day.
Do not skip the wait
Do not fold a permitted electrical job into a handyman list. The price is a half day for that list. A single tiny task does not get the same rate.
If you send it from QuoteLasso
The default schedule is three emails, at 2, 5, and 10 days. Day 10 is the last one. You can move the dates. Add the estimate by typing it in, forwarding the message, or importing a spreadsheet. The customer sees your business name and the address followups@quotelasso.com. A reply comes to your inbox and the remaining follow-ups stop. QuoteLasso does not send texts. During the 14-day trial, due emails can send on their own. After that, Free is manual. Starter is $79/month and Pro is $149/month.

When the punch-list visit can start
Hi Erin, The punch-list visit estimate is $860. The start date depends on this: One visit covers the list we wrote. A second trip is a new appointment, not a leftover from this price. If you want it, tell me and I will line up the next step. I will not start before that is set. Thanks, Carl Jensen Jensen Handywork
