A smaller version leaves out anything that needs a permit, including the panel question you asked about. The full $860 price includes the door that sticks, the three drywall dings, and the loose stair rail we listed.

What you will not do

The price is a half day for that list. A single tiny task does not get the same rate. Do not fold a permitted electrical job into a handyman list.
