Ask what changed on a cedar fence

Send this if they hinted the work is different from the walkthrough. Revise the bid after you know the new scope.

Names, prices, and companies on this page are examples.

What the old price covered

taking out the old fence, new cedar panels, and haul-away. Left out: keeping the old posts and only replacing the boards.

Do not guess a new number

New posts are the durable job. Board-only is cheaper and only makes sense if the posts are sound. Do not invent a Friday expiration on a fence price. Do you want the posts replaced, or the boards only?

If you send it from QuoteLasso

The default schedule is three emails, at 2, 5, and 10 days. Day 10 is the last one. You can move the dates. Add the estimate by typing it in, forwarding the message, or importing a spreadsheet. The customer sees your business name and the address followups@quotelasso.com. A reply comes to your inbox and the remaining follow-ups stop. QuoteLasso does not send texts. During the 14-day trial, due emails can send on their own. After that, Free is manual. Starter is $79/month and Pro is $149/month.

Did the cedar fence change?

Hi Priya,

Has the cedar fence changed since I priced it at $4,900? If it has, tell me what is different and I will revise it.

Do you want the posts replaced, or the boards only?

Thanks,
