Landscaping estimate follow-ups
Twenty examples for a cedar fence, using $4,900 as a made-up price. Ten are the schedule. Ten are for a date, a smaller job, approval, or a later check-back. Landscape and fence bids slip because the yard can wait, and a neighbor or an HOA may still have to agree.
Names, prices, and companies on this page are examples.
Where this bid stalls
Landscape and fence bids slip because the yard can wait, and a neighbor or an HOA may still have to agree. Property line questions and a neighbor's approval stop more fences than the price.
What the example price means
New posts are the durable job. Board-only is cheaper and only makes sense if the posts are sound. Included: taking out the old fence, new cedar panels, and haul-away. Left out: keeping the old posts and only replacing the boards. Do not invent a Friday expiration on a fence price.
When to send them
If they want it this season, ask which week is real. If it is a spring project, stop following up and let them reopen it. The default schedule is still day 2, day 5, and day 10. Day 10 is the last email. Same-day notes are optional. The customer sees your business name and the address followups@quotelasso.com. A reply comes to your inbox and the remaining follow-ups stop.
Questions
How many landscaping follow-ups should I send?
Three, unless the job needs a different gap. Day 10 is the last one. If they want it this season, ask which week is real. If it is a spring project, stop following up and let them reopen it.
Can I text a cedar fence follow-up?
