A smaller version leaves out tile waterline replacement, and the fence the code may require. The full $12,000 price includes drain, chip the failed plaster, and a new white plaster finish.
What you will not do
The plaster is the surface. Tile and a code fence are separate because they are not always required. Do not fill a pool on new plaster the same afternoon in bad weather.
