A smaller version leaves out utility locates you still need to schedule, and rock if we hit it. The full $15,000 price includes dig, haul-off of the spoil, and backfill after the walls are poured.

What you will not do

Haul-off and access are the price. Rock is extra because nobody knows it until the bucket hits it. Do not include unknown rock in a firm price.
