What not to add

Do not include unknown rock in a firm price. Haul-off and access are the price. Rock is extra because nobody knows it until the bucket hits it. The builder, not the homeowner, often has to accept the access plan.

Yes. Day 10 is the last email on the default schedule, and this note is that close. A reply, a phone call, or an unsubscribe stops it sooner. Mud season changes how the machine gets in. Say so if the driveway will not hold the truck.
