Nothing in the bid should change in this email. The price is the measured run and the gate. Adding the side yard without a pin is a guess. Fence estimates wait on HOA style rules and on a property pin nobody has located.
Calendar or scope
Post holes need ground that is not frozen. The material order starts when the style is approved. An HOA letter, or a neighbor on the property line, is the second signature. Do not set posts on a line you have not confirmed.
