What changed since day 2
Nothing in the bid should change in this email. The backflow and the zone count are the price. The yearly test is a separate appointment. Irrigation estimates wait until the grass is already stressed, or until someone realizes there is a yearly test.
Calendar or scope
Install before the heat if they want the lawn this summer. Winterization is a fall visit, not part of this price. A partner who manages the water bill will ask about zones and the test fee. Do not fold the yearly test into the install and then forget to schedule it.
