When it is fair

Install before the heat if they want the lawn this summer. Winterization is a fall visit, not part of this price. If they never asked you to write again, do not send this.

One note, then stop

Irrigation estimates wait until the grass is already stressed, or until someone realizes there is a yearly test. Do not fold the yearly test into the install and then forget to schedule it.
